A simple barber website with built-in bookings and online shop — designed to grow your shop, not just manage it

No barber limit
Few chairs or a big floor—the stack scales. We don’t cap your roster.
Your domain
Book and sell on your URL. Your traffic, your client list.
One admin
Team, bookings, pickup orders, reports—one login.
£0 booking fees · no shop cut
We don’t take a cut on bookings or retail. Shop cards: Stripe. GBP pricing.
One connected stack on your domain. The usual mix splits booking, retail, and admin across apps and sites that tax you again—or park clients where you don't own the relationship.

INSIDE THE SYSTEM
The same system you compared above—here as real UI: client booking on your domain, one admin for the floor, buy-and-collect retail, and booking or shop numbers without bolting on another tool.
You've already seen what's inside—here's how we get you live. Four clear stages from kickoff to launch: client booking, buy-and-collect retail, and your back office, together on your own site. Most UK shops go live in about 14 days; we give you a straight checklist so you always know what we need next.

Timeline: Day 1
What we do: We pull together your logo, photos, service list, who's on the team, opening hours, and how you want clients to book. Buy-and-collect retail ships with the system—you'll add and manage products in your own admin when we're done; here we just agree what should feel ready for opening day.
What you get: A clear, short plan you sign off on—so when we build, nobody's guessing what "done" looks like.
Timeline: Days 2–10
What we do: We build your public site, the booking flow clients use, the admin you run daily, and the retail pickup flow—already wired together, not three tools stuck on afterwards.
What you get: A working version you can click through yourself, from a client's first visit to what you see behind the scenes.
Timeline: Days 11–12
What we do: You use it like a real week in the shop and send honest notes. We tweak layout, wording, and the customer journey until it feels right for your team and your clients.
What you get: Your green light on the version we'll take live.
Timeline: Days 13–14
What we do: We connect your domain, run final checks, then walk you through day-to-day life in the system—bookings, pickup orders, your team, and where to see the numbers when you want them—so launch day feels familiar, not frantic.
What you get: Your site live on your own URL, simple handover notes, and your admin access ready to use.
BUILT FOR BARBERSHOPS
UK barbershops: booking, buy-and-collect retail, and back office on your own domain—your brand, your link, no middleman app in the middle.
Connected operations
Your booking link, today's column, retail orders, and the headline figures all run off the same admin—set services, hours, and catalog once, and they stay aligned everywhere clients and staff look.
Service, barber, and time slot on your site; confirmation email arrives with reschedule and cancel links whenever your shop rules allow them.
Each barber's shifts, the services on their card, and how long each cut takes—the slot a client locks in is the slot your team sees on the day.
Cards are charged through Stripe; orders sit beside bookings in admin. Flip them to ready when the product is waiting at the chair.
Booking and shop totals live in the same place as the diary—no second login, no export detour, for a straight read on how the week is moving.
Live retail
A live strip of your catalog—browse, then continue in the shop for cart, checkout, and pickup. We take no commission on sales; cards run through Stripe at standard rates.

FAQ
What’s in the box, how Essential vs PRO differs, Managed Care (£40/m), domains, Stripe, and what happens if you don’t continue Care.
Both tiers give you the same software stack: a custom site built to your brief, booking on your domain, a full admin (team, diary, shop, reports), buy-and-collect checkout, plus contact details, map and hours.
Essential includes setup for up to 20 products and 1 month of hosting plus admin access. PRO includes up to 50 products, 3 months of hosting plus admin, featured products, more homepage and visual polish (per brief), priority in the launch queue, stronger go-live support, and we prep SMS on Managed Care (when you want it enabled) at go-live.
Same platform—PRO adds a longer included period (3 months vs 1 month), more products at setup (50 vs 20), featured products, extra layout and polish on the homepage and key pages (per brief), priority launch, tighter go-live support, and SMS prep on Managed Care when you choose to turn it on.
No. We don’t charge commission on bookings or retail run through your site. Card payments go through Stripe on your own Stripe account, so only Stripe’s standard processing fees apply there.
It’s 50% to start and 50% before go-live. Prices are the totals shown for Essential or PRO. You review the near-final site before the balance is due and can request a small round of final tweaks as part of sign-off.
Yes—integrated booking is part of both packages. The system is designed to work best with our built-in flow on your domain.
If you already rely on another tool, we can discuss options, but the integrated booking path is what the product is optimised for.
Yes. There’s a built-in shop with pickup (no delivery step). Essential covers setup for up to 20 products; PRO up to 50. If you don’t use retail, the package price is unchanged.
Returns and in-store pickup rules are yours to set as the seller; card payments are processed by Stripe on your account.
After your included hosting/admin months end, Managed Care covers hosting, maintenance, security monitoring, full admin and shop access, optional client SMS when you want it enabled, and up to one hour of small in-scope changes from us each month.
Our admin and integrated shop are switched off. We usually help you point clients to a third-party booking flow—for example Booksy or another scheduling tool you choose. The built-in shop stays off until Managed Care is on. There’s no self-serve way to keep our admin or shop without Managed Care.
Your first year of domain registration is included in Essential and PRO—you don’t pay us an extra domain fee for that initial registration as part of those packages.
If you are not on Managed Care (£40/month), renewal after the first 12 months is your responsibility: you pay the registrar’s renewal cost directly (or through the billing path we agree). Keep contact details on the registration up to date so you don’t lose the name.
Most shops go live in about 14 days from kickoff, depending on how quickly you send assets and feedback. PRO gets priority in the queue when timelines are tight.
Yes, when you want them. SMS on Managed Care can be enabled for your shop; we’ll wire the integration when you’re ready. Until then, email confirmations and links still cover the core journey.
We’ll need your logo, photos, service list, hours, contact details, and product info if you’re using the shop. Written content helps, but we can help shape copy during setup.
You don’t need developer skills for day-to-day work on Managed Care—the admin is built for shop staff. Larger changes outside the monthly scope can be quoted separately.
Book a demo and we’ll show how this setup can reduce day-to-day chaos and improve booking + retail flow for your shop.
